Hi All-
I hope everyone is enjoying the summer. It’s that time of year again…..back to school and cooking for USR Day!
USR Day is next Saturday, September 11th.
We need ALL of our scout families to help. Remember this qualifies as community service and for our cooks it fulfills some of the requirements towards rank advancements. I will send out a sign-up sheet with the next reminder. Hope to see your name on it.
FOR NOW, COULD YOU PLEASE REVIEW THE SHIFTS BELOW AND SEND BACK WHICH ONE YOU’D LIKE TO HELP OUT WITH. WE NEED SCOUTS AND PARENTS TO HELP OUT.
All participants will get a wristband for USR Day for helping.
The jobs are as follows:

Includes setting up the cook station, food prep (shucking corn, slicing tomatoes, rolls)
There are 3 cooking/serving shifts during the day: 2pm-3:30pm, 3:30pm-5pm, 5pm-6:30pm.
